I earned my Masters in Social Work from Fordham University in 2010 and then joined the excellent clinical team at the Northside Center for Child Development in East Harlem. I worked as a therapist in schools, including middle and high schools for the next 6 years. It was an honor to be a part of these youth and family's lives.
Currently, I maintain a private practice in Darien, Connecticut. I now work with adolescents through adults and continue to feel passionate about the potential for growth, change and connection within the therapeutic relationship. I meet with a wide vareity of clients, including those with anxiety, depression, grief, peer issues, parenting issues, school issues, anger management and self esteem. I utilize various modalities to ensure that each person recieves the therapy that they need. My approach is relational and also based on mindfulness, attachment, Accelerated Experiential Ddynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and psychodynamic methods.
Lastly, I continue to attend trainings in these modalities so that I can truly be my best self as a therapist.
